CETECK TECNOLÓGICA S.L. has got involved on the SMARTWELD project: Early detection of low quality welds in the automobile sector through modeling and Big Data Analysis in Real Time, co-financed by the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) ), Technological Research and Development program for SMEs.
The overall objective of the project focuses on the early detection of low quality welds in the automobile sector through modeling and Big Data analysis in Real Time. To achieve this objective, it has been necessary to combine emerging technologies such as High Speed Real-Time Big Data, modeled by Digital Twin (Digital Twin), combining both DDM and models based on normal physical behavior under conditions of suitable parts.
Thus, as a final result of the project, it seeks to develop a powerful industrial WEB application of Predictive Maintenance, focused on detecting and predicting anomalies in the welding of industrial production chains.
The main scientific challenge we face is the ability to correlate variables of the welding process and incorporate other external measures. As for technology, it is the complementarity of Big Data with the implementation of Data Mining and Machine Learning techniques.
